Yea! Hurricane Ike was kind enough to go far enough west of Mobile that we were able to keep our planned vacation to Seaside, Fl. We checked into our rental house, "Beach Baby" yesterday and have been enjoying it so much! The girls are having the best time in the pool in the backyard. Everyone has enjoyed hanging out on the long front porch and sipping their drinks in the fabulous breeze created by Ike. Everyone has rented a bike for the week, and Chris's has a baby seat for Anna Kat--which she LOVES! She has also been rocked to sleep on the porch swing several times already...
