Smocking Attempt #2

Well,today I felt better and decided to try smocking again. I am attempting to make a vine with flowers on it along the bottom of the fabric. I have no idea what else I will do, so we will all be surprised together! I am also trying to take i slow this time, in order to keep things level...So here's step one (the vine) and step two (the start of the flowers)...
